	Client Charter   In line with the government motto of "Tekad Pemedulian Orang Ramai" (TPOR) that is providing excellent services to the public, the NCB  has set forth the following time-frame:-   NO TYPE OF SERVICES DURATION OF ACTION a. Correspondences which do not require a detailed comments 3 days b. Preparing Investigation Paper on drug case 14 days c. To inform relative, next of kin or employer of the arrested person for the issuing of bail bond 24 hours  (public holiday not included) d. Investigation on Intelligence Information Immediately e. Mentioning cases before the court for remand purposes 24 hours (public holiday not included) f. Mentioning cases before the court for charge but plea not taken / recorded 24 hours (public holiday not included) g. Returning personal belongings to arrested persons once released on bail bond (excluding exhibits) 24 hours h. Preparation for prosecution upon receiving consent from Deputy Public Prosecutor 14 days i. NCB will produce a written correspondences on arrest and result from the court cases to the employer 14 days j. Security vetting for employees 5 days k. Statistic reports 3 days l. Current drug report / working paper 21 days m. Family counseling service 1 day n. Conducting lectures / exhibitions / visits to the requested department 5 days o. Registration for mandatory supervision 24 hours
